Today’s article is not about the best sausages to buy (I prefer bacon myself) but the different products you should be using on your beard, if you have one. Some men who have beards never apply anything on them. They just trim it every once in a while and let it be.
But if you want your beard to look it’s best and be manageable, just like your hair, then you will want to use some basic beard products that are available. So below is a list of the most common beard products men use on their beards and what they do to make it look better.
Beard oil
Using beard oil does several things. It softens course, harsh beard hair so you can manage it better. It also nourishes the skin under your beard, hydrating it so it does not dry out, reducing itching and irritation. That in turn reduces the chance of your skin flaking off, causing beard dandruff.

Beard butter

Beard wash
Finally we have beard wash! As the name implies it is used for washing and cleaning your beard. Normal head shampoo is a bit too harsh for beard hair. It will dry it out as well as your skin under your beard, causing beard dandruff.
Using beard wash regularly will keep it looking fresh. It will not strip out natural oils like normal shampoo will. Follow the instructions on the bottle for how often to use it and how long to let it sit in your beard before rinsing off. Everyone likes a clean, fresh looking beard!
