Today is November 27th, 2025. That’s right, it’s Thanksgiving day! Time to go to all those family gatherings and get stuffed with turkey, pumpkin pie and all the other holiday treats.
These days not everyone serves up a traditional Thanksgiving day meal. Vegetarians and others will be serving up their own type of holiday meals that agree with them. To each their own.
But for most American families it will be lots of turkey, ham or chicken as the main centerpiece, with many vegetable dishes, deviled eggs, cranberries, fresh bread or biscuits and other holiday delicacies.
For desert many will have the traditional pumpkin pie, apple pie and other yummy treats. My mom use to always make a homemade lemon meringue pie with whipped cream!
We here at Conway Village Barber Shop want to thank all of our customers, friends and family that have helped us be a success since 1978. Who knew we would be around so long!
We are grateful for all we have and thank all our Veterans, military members and first responders for all your services and sacrifices. We are all safer because of you.
Others that are more unfortunate, struggling or having the holiday blues are in our thoughts. Not everyone has a place to go for Thanksgiving. You are not alone.
