Guess what day today is? That’s right, it’s Valentine’s Day! I hope you guys have remembered the day. Your wife or girlfriend will be expecting some cards, flowers and candy today.
Here in Florida you can find vans parked along the side of the road selling roses, Valentine gift baskets and more today. So you have no excuse to come home empty handed.
I recommend buying something in a normal store or flower shop however. Taking her out to dinner and a movie is a nice touch too. Just remember the restaurants are going to be packed tonight!
If you have the time and cash take her somewhere for a romantic weekend. Maybe go to the beach, or a theme park. There are lots of things to do and see here in Orlando. Maybe go out for a day cruise on the water!
If you have kids you will want to include them in the Valentine’s Day festivities. You can find many Valentine themed toys, coloring books, clothes and heart shaped candy in all the stores today.
Do a family outing to an arcade, Fun Spot, a local park, the beach or any of the other many things to do in central Florida. Most places have special Valentine’s Day events and sales going on today.
